Sensors detect vibrations in the lamps, such as a tap or movement, and activate the light. When switched on, the lamp emits a warm white light for one minute. By tapping the silicone surface, the light changes color. The lamp automatically turns off after one minute of inactivity.

The IP67 waterproof rating means the lights can be submerged in water up to 1 meter deep, but for no longer than half an hour, provided the bottom cover is properly closed.

The surface of each lamp is made of soft silicone , which means that when squeezed, the lamp changes shape and then returns to its original shape after a few moments. The lamp uses a CR 2032 battery and lasts for approximately 15 hours or approximately 900 complete lighting cycles. When the battery runs out, it can be replaced by unscrewing the bottom of the lamp and replacing the battery.
